4th practice. bottom right is the reference. smoke is just a brush i added in PS, from http://www.brushking.eu/337/real-smoke-photoshop-brushes.html

again my face is extended at the sides. really need to watch out for that next time.

some practice again. took a photo i liked out of my library and started painting. observing some tutorials from http://10steps.sg/tutorials/photoshop/33-digital-painting-tutorials/

my faces tend to be abit more extended to the sides... i intend to correct that right away. its apparent in this one as well... gonna do some changing tomorrow before i continue painting.
